Frequently Asked Questions for Terracotta Army @Kickstarter • Seven new factions bring
What should I check before asking to combine separate orders?
Ask whether combining orders is supported by the seller. Confirm that all relevant orders belong to the correct purchaser.
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Check the order history available through the purchase channel before placing another order. Distinguish promotional messages from an actual order acknowledgment.
What should I verify before marking a support request as resolved?
